关于IT实习生

作为亚洲IT团队的暑期实习生,你将有机会面对客户并参与到团队合作中,体验先进的IT系统和工具,了解跨国公司IT运作模式。我们也将指派专业的导师支持您并帮助您完成具有挑战性的任务。实习期间,您将不仅会收获很多半导体行业的商业知识,还能结识一群优秀TI人。

工作职责:

与全球团队共同合作负责项目实施,包括管理项目进度、协调项目执行以及与业务的沟通。

了解客户和商业伙伴的需求,提供IT技术解决方案,支持和改善B2B业务流程

负责全球和区域项目中的业务需求分析,流程优化,并将其转化为系统开发的技术规范文档

支持全球或本地化信息系统上线并完成最终用户培训

管理信息化系统性能和健康状况,提供及时响应,排查测试和生产环境中的故障事件,

在线支持公司门户网站和电商平台,与全球合作团队共同维护业务系统正常运营。

实时支持销售和供应链业务应用系统,与本地各个部门的业务伙伴保持良好的合作关系,妥善及时解决客户的问题。

About IT

Our Asia IT team provides professional services to support the company's business. This includes state-of-the-art Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and technology, including SAP and Oracle, among many others. Additionally, we work on a broad spectrum of hardware and software solutions that enable our businesses to grow and achieve their goals. Our scope of coverage includes most Asia countries and sites and therefore, candidates have exciting opportunities for some business travel and interactions with teams from different cultural backgrounds.

In addition to learning the IT fundamentals at Texas Instruments, qualified candidates will also have the opportunity to learn and use advanced tools for application development, B2B operations, web interfaces and project management. About Summer Intern

As summer intern in Asia IT team, you have many opportunities to participant in teamwork, directly face to customers, use many advanced IT system and tools, understand IT operation model in multinational company. We will have professional mentors/coachers to support you and help you completing the challenge assignments. During the internship, you will not only gain a lot of business knowledge in semi-conductor industry, but also meet a group of outstanding people in TI.

Responsibilities:

Regional IT representative for global projects execution - management of project schedules, coordinate of project execution and communication with business stakeholders

Understand customer requirements in Semiconductor industry. Provide IT technical solutions to support and improve B2B transaction.

Responsible for business analysis under global and regional projects. Collect business requirement and convert it into technical specification for system development

System roll-out support and end user training

Management of system performance and health, trouble shooting in both testing and production environments

Business applications support for the Sales and marketing systems, partner with regional function teams cross company to maintain the systems on quality.

Support of eCommerce platform; build and maintain customer relationship as a domain expert in region, properly address customer's inquires and coordinate with worldwide team in one service model.

资质和技能要求:

计算机科学、信息系统或相关学科本科及以上学历;

-基本的应用程序开发经验,或者对日常应用程序维护有相关知识储备

有上进心,有探索精神,能够有效沟通

具有一定解决问题的能力,有快速高效的逻辑推断力

中英文可以达到日常交流的水平

适应国际化合作模式

具有批判性思考

以下经验或技能是加分项,但不是必须的,

了解基本的计算机编程技术

了解 JAVA、C、HTML、PYTHON 或类似计算机语言的知识或经验

拥有IT基础设施和安全管理等知识

具有SQL和数据库应用的经验

有基本金融或者在线电子商务知识

了解云服务和API技术

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computing Science, Information System or related discipline;

Basic application development might be needed in daily operation.

Self-motivated and able to communicate effectively

Eager to explore the latest and advanced information technology

Problem solving skills

Fluent in both Chinese and English

Ability to work in global matrixed environment

Critical thinking

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

The following experience or skillsets are plus but not a must,

Basic computer programming technique

Experiences on JAVA, C, HTML, PYTHON or similar language

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and security

Experience in SQL and database setup

Basic finance or eCommerce knowledge

Cloud service and API technology.
