岗位职责: · 负责热喷涂设备的日常维护与管理,确保设备高效运行,包括对APS喷涂设备的日常点检、装夹、对枪、参数设置和开机试喷 · 熟练执行喷砂、掩蔽、喷涂后拆卸等工序,确保工件质量符合标准 · 独立制备金相样品,并进行初步的显微镜观察和分析,提供准确的样品检测报告 · 协助进行喷枪、送粉器等关键部件的拆卸、清理更换与基本保养,确保设备在最佳状态下运行 · 根据生产需求调整工艺参数,优化生产流程,提高生产效率和产品质量 · 严格执行现场安全规程,确保劳保、通风、防火措施到位,保障工作环境安全 · 负责喷涂区域的5S管理,保持工作现场整洁有序 · 任职要 ...
