    你需要做的是 :
    1、使用江森自控设备和系统(含空调、楼宇控制、工业冷冻等),有/无保养(PSA, O&M)合同业务的客户
    2、通过专注于对客户的支持,通过在主动客户拜访交流,从客户的角度出发考虑问题,挖掘现场的潜在问 题和挑战及潜在需求
    3、以江森自控和客户的保养业务(包括 Open Blue PSA)合作为基础,进一步提供有附加值的解决方案,帮助客户实现安全、可靠、高效率和可持续发展的目标

    你将会怎么做 :
    1、负责销售空调系统相关的产品及延伸服务,包括设备维修,保养合同及零部件,机组性能升级,制冷系统运维,楼宇设施运维等
    2、拓展所有与空调设备、配套设施、机房系统相关的智能化、节能降耗等业务范围
    3、制作技术计划书和报价
    4、执行公司销售策略,达成销售目标
    5、开拓维护客户关系,扩大项目覆盖率

    我们期待的是 :
    1、暖通、空调、制冷或其他相关工程类专业本科或以上学历
    2、相关行业工作经验 1-3 年以上,熟悉中央空调设备、机房系统、水系统、末端空调系统、 控制系统的基本构成特点,有成功销售经验者优先
    3、有责任心、性格外向,具有良好的沟通技巧
