Job summary
The Administrator will coordinate HO projects that impact the Administration Department, serve as the key contact point for BJ HO, collaborate with Admin Manager to source cost-effective hotels and serviced apartments arrange bookings for BJ secondees as needed liaise closely with HR receive instructions for serviced apartment arrangements both HK overseas locations secure entertainment approvals when required process new leases lease renewals PR invoices through OA translate GSAs OA submission prepare necessary materials advance provide onsite meeting support including refreshments coordinate accommodation transportation VIPs deliver administrative assistance teams required team head support onboarding new staff arranging building systems access business cards orientation activities manage offboarding processes departing staff arrange staff gifts where required prepare ISO14001 EMS documentation long service award procurement coordinate procurement nonIT items manage corporate card issuance cancellation dispute processes other admin duties assigned.
