- Conduct process audit to release new supplier, perform annual supplier process audit and CSR check.
- Join in new project technical discussion with R&D and suppliers.
- Release new sample for new project based on Bosch part and production release process.
- To deal with daily material complaint.
- To hold regular quality review meeting with supplier to drive for improvement.
- To lead quality improvement project towards top offender supplier.
- Coach suppliers on 8D/PSS.
- Above 5 years working experience in quality engineering area, working experience in PCB design is mandatory.
- Good knowledge on quality concept and quality tools;
- PCB expert, strong competence on its design and manufacturing process.
- Strong problem analysis and solving skills;
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, and attention to details.
