- Monitor and improve the DL performance and production KPI that covers production, quality, cost, safety &6S.

- Responsible for the effective distribution of DL, recruit and train the operators according to production plan.

- Provides support for all mfg. engineering, assist on EV, DV, PV build (NPI Phase) of new product.

- Lead the CFT to meet delivery and quality standard, plan and monitor the IDM &TML.

- To coordinate with relevant departments to resolve on quality, engineering, materials and human resources.

- Lean activity for productivity and process optimization, reduce the scrap rate.

- Technical school graduate or above. Degree in Mechanical /Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field required or equivalent will be prefer。

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, read skill in English email and document.

- Above 5~8 years of managerial and professional experience in manufacturing functions.
