Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Partner to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey. Your efforts will contribute to building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that their needs are met effectively and efficiently.
The Customer Service Partner serves as a primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that arise. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams—including Sales, Operations, and Logistics—to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
· Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all relevant information is captured.
· Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues, providing updates and feedback throughout the process.
· Track and analyze customer feedback and concerns to enhance service delivery and support continuous improvement initiatives.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
· Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather insights on service effectiveness.
· Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational processes that positively affect customer experiences.
· Train and mentor new team members on customer service practices and company policies.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
· years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
