职位描述工作职责:
1、组织对导购、销售人员的培训和赋能,包括新员工培训、产品培训、赋能培训;
2、开发培训课程、培训资料,落实产品优越性和话术,并保证完美执行;
3、根据绩效评估标准,跟踪导购的人效和产出,并保证大区导购人力配备的有效性和高效性;
4、持续评估并提升导购的零售能力,同时参与新导购面试;
5、识别售点与导购服务相关的障碍、机会,推动持续改善。
任职要求:
1、表达富有感染力;
2、高效的执行力以及良好的自驱力;
3、具备较强的跨职能,跨部门协作能力;
4、工作有计划性,逻辑性和条理性,能够熟练使用PPT等office软件;
5、统招本科及以上学历学位,抗压能力强,可接受出差。
