    As a Wall's D4C Lead you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Internal consultant to the top management. Responsible for creating growth strategies for tailwind channels & top KC customers, through market segmentation, pricing and white space identification of Ice cream category in China.
  • Conduct in-depth portfolio assessments to support channel objectives, identify assortment gaps and lead D4C SKUs from ideation period to business case evaluation and then project landing.
  • The position will also be responsible for portfolio designed for top customers, to leverage customer resource, helping Wall's China gaining share in strategic customers and drive iTO for the total company.
  • As the key innovation person in CD, D4C lead also act as a crucial link between the Marketing, Customer Development, Finance and Customer Operations teams throughout the innovation process to ensure portfolio alignment and execution.
  • Requirements

    What we really want from you is passion and drive to get the most out of this role. It will also be necessary for you to have experience in and be good at the following –

  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically and outside-the-box to drive D4C projects
  • Experience in project management; preferably leading cross-functional stakeholders towards desired business objectives
  • Proven ability to understand and consider financial scenarios ( product P&Ls, ROI analyses, etc).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills – both Mandarin and English
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must exhibit a passion for the company's vision, mission and values.
