    Job Description

  • Sourcing management: Conduct tenders according to purchasing process (RFI, RFP, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, contracting and implementation), and utilize system and tools to maximize automation and transparency; support on material field strategy implementation and KPI achievement
  • Customer management: Early involve in internal customer demands and proper manage of customer relationship
  • Supplier management: act as mentor to assigned suppliers, manage suppliers' lifecycle in Bosch purchasing system (per-qualification, release, regular monitoring, etc)
  • Data management: Manage data to ensure accuracy and audit-proof; consolidate and analyze purchasing data for the team and support to generate insights for further material field strategy development
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master agree, preferred major: business administration, digital related (big data, AI, UI/UX, information technology), supply chain
  • Language: fluent in English, Cantonese speaking is a plus
  • Software skills: experienced in using excel, word, PPT, Power BI, Python and other UX tools are preferred
  • Soft skills: good communication skills, full of curiosity and learning and development ambition; active team player, and diversified social skills are preferred (outgoing, good marketing & communication capabilities)
