What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

1.Required: 4+ years experience in Packaging, preferably in OTC or nutrition food industry.

2.Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, Chemical Science, Polymer Science or a related science field is required, advanced degree is preferred.

3.Preferred experience in CPG/FMCG.

4.Experience with a wide variety of packaging technologies ranging from blister, thermoplastic, fiber-based packaging to flexible film, etc.

5.Packaging digital tools application experience is preferred, like simulation/rapid tooling etc.

6.Good understanding of regulatory requirement related to packaging material is preferred.

7.Proficient in English to manage projects across countries.

8.Strong focus on sustainability and eCommerce (Omnichannel) packaging is preferred.

9.Proficient in Packaging Development, material application, conversion technologies, DfM principles, consumer use analysis, and CAD.

10.Data savvy – ability to use data, insights & analytics to support perspectives.

11.Strong experimental skill and problem-solving skill.

12.Ability to communicate across the organization, including succinctly communicating technical details to non-technical stakeholders and business partners.

13.Managing ambiguity – can make decisions and recommendations in the face of uncertainty, with the help from line manager.

14.Comfortable in making presentations, speaking ability and interpersonal skills.
