- Establishing and standardlization manufacturing process routing, including improving current manufacture process;
- Push DBS culture in the manufacture process, including the Kaizen event.
- Work follow the compony strategy by introduce the new project loading down.
- Set SAP technical routing, make up the working hour audit BOM, procedure, and work time.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve production technical problems in site. The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor degree or above in hydraulic or mechanical
- Above 5 years experience in machinery plant is required
- Knowledge of Lean conversion is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP usage experience,Skillful in CAD.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- 产 品标准化生产工艺流程的制定与实施,改进现有生产工艺流程;
- 利用 DBS 工具,推进生产线的精益生产;
