We are looking for a results-driven team leader with retail or e-commerce experience to drive East and North China based manufacturer or brand owners selling on Amazon, to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces; meanwhile deliver first-class level of services to customer satisfaction.
He/she will lead a local based team to develop Amazon Business in China Eastern and Northern regions by recruiting and managing local manufacturers and brand owners.
He/she will be responsible for holistic region development strategy, planning as well as daily operation, take responsibility for key business targets like onboarding sellers, quality, and seller success, etc.
He/she is expected to expand and develop the team, to achieve business goals, to continuously cultivate industry insights, to pilot new things.
At the same time, he/she needs to have the ability to initiate and implement projects, and be good at collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
