Management for all suppliers PPAP's ensuring they are submitted on time and all requirements have been meet Tenneco request 管理所有供应商的 PPAP 确保所有 提交能按时按天纳克要求提交
•

Supplier audit and development 供应商审核 和改进
•

Handle incoming daily issues & ensure incoming parts and components meet specifications & requirements 组织处理日常来料问题,确保外购件符合规范
•

Develop Inspection Instructions, Checklist, Procedures and etc to facilitate inspection activities 组织编制检验指导书、检验清单、程序等保证检验的有效进行
•

Resolve material quality with supplier & follow-up with Corrective Action 解决外购 件质量问题、跟踪行动计划
•

Deal with supplier scrap and the associated documentation 处理供应商报废及相关 文件
• Monitor major suppliers performance & drive for continuous improvement, finish the output on schedule 监测供应商绩效,推动持续改进,按照节点完成数据输出
