Job summary

The Customer Success Manager would be responsible for driving Sales and Business Development across the China Region for Automotive Customer.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall client relationships at CxO level, bringing thought leadership as a trusted Advisor.
  • Leverage existing global Customer relationships to grow the Business footprint and help build new relationships with Influencers and decision-makers at all levels.
  • Create plans to drive Sales Pursuits and ABM initiatives for targeted Must Have Accounts (MHA).
  • Plan, build, & implement Pursuit strategy to achieve sales targets for the individual Target Accounts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales background. Proven track record 5 years of managing and driving in ER&D as well as Digital Transformation especially for Manufacturing sector.
  • Team Player and should have effective track record of winning customer relationships/ accounts across the region.
  • Should have closed New Business deals from USD 1 Mn to USD 5 Mn each in last 2-3 years.
