About the Role

Location China Shandong Sheng JINAN Company Siemens Energy Transformer (Jinan) Co., Ltd Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Products Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional How You'll Make an Impact with CFD(EN,SM,QM Cross function department) team to choose and develop new supplier. 2. Manage supplier (choose, audit, develop, train and monitor etc.) choose regular supplier for STCL DT, improve incoming material quality, Corporate with HQ SQM as well.3.improve working instruction of inspection material, audit questionnaire etc. all information regular save and ensure its to implement effectually. lead close open points regarding FAI and audit for new or extension suppliers, then issue A01release report with CFD team signature qualified suppliers: track and close 8D/NCR caused by supplier with critical impact, include customer complaint and abroad suppliers and so on.6.Feedback to SM to manage poor performance supplier with slow response or very critical impact or no positive/improvement continuously.7. SQM will be always supported by EN, SM and other relevant dept. to manage and improve performance of suppliers.8. SQM will be involved supplier evaluation from technical part scNCC and updte latest status of 8D/NCR of suppliers as well as development of new supplier10. make annual audit for supplier with SM. What You Bring 1.Bachelor's degree and above. Master is a plus, major in Engineering, Automation, material and etc. command of English speaking to three years in a corresponding function with manufacturing in an international environment,4.International project experience with collaboration within international teams is a must.
