Job Description
Danfoss is looking for an experienced manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. You will be expected to monitor, support and improve operation relevant activities under quality system requirement, such as IAFT16949, ISO9001, etc. Make sure all Quality related KPI are within targets and meet company requirements.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
1. lead the facility to meet and maintain quality stardards to achieve ISO9001, IATF16949 and other regulatory system requirements,
2. work together with SQE and PUR to execute PPAP approval process for new sourced parts,
3. be responsible for Q-related target setting, breakdown, analysis and follow up,
4. take care customer complains and problem solving, to improve customer satisfication,
5. be responsible for internal process maintenance and improvement, to ensure effective working flow,
6. coordinate with editron or danfoss global QEHS function for relevant policy & data share and improvement,
7. support plant leader to improve quality performance, such as COPQ, PPM, process quality, etc.
8. other tasks assigned from direct supervisor.
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
1. Minimum 3 years' working experience in a multinational company, with bachelor or above degree,
2. Working experience in manufacturing industry, new energy vehicle motor related working experience will be plus;
3. good knowledge and practice experience on quality system, such as ISO9001, IAFT16949, etc.
4. experience for marine certification application will be preferred,
5. knowledge and experience for EHS will be plus,
6. Fluent English, can be used as working language;
7. With strong goal orientation and self-drive spirit;
8. Have a good awareness and ability for continuous improvement.
