- Engage with stakeholders to outline project parameters, objectives, and expected outcomes, while addressing client updates and concerns.
- Create comprehensive project plans, allocate necessary resources, and ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
- Oversee Service Order Management processes.
- Facilitate collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients for effective project execution.
- Maintain thorough project documentation for reference and compliance.
- Track project performance, identify potential risks, and execute corrective measures as needed.
- Oversee and optimize tools and equipment through a preventive maintenance strategy and auditing process.
- Conduct audits and arrange calibration of measurement devices, electrical tools, pressure indicators, etc., in accordance with established guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Assist with ancillary tasks such as preparing sales quotations and managing internal orders.
- Implement 5S principles in the warehouse and manage Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) effectively.
- Optimize warehouse space and asset utilization.
- Coordinate the management of tools, fixtures, materials, and logistics support for inbound and outbound processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in project planning and coordination, ideally within the papermaking equipment sector.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with both internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of facility access protocols and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and processes.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
- Self-driven and eager to expand responsibilities within a growing organization.
