    Job Description

    As a true Frontline Marketing Manager equipped by breadth and depth of experience/knowledge, you need to live the growth behaviors and act with an open & growth mindset to inspire bottlers and marketing team with high level of trust.

    What You'll Do for Us

    To contribute marketing strategy development and support Frontline Marketing Director, including:

    • Bottler's alignment on Marketing strategies & integration of plans (partner with Franchise and C&CL), to identify & prioritize the big bets in market.
    • Frontline marketing strategy and insights to support segmented marketing approach in terms of geographic & channel perspective.
    • Managing the process of Brand/Commercial plan engagement with Bottler Sales force, e.g. brand roadshow.
    • Local Initiatives to Capture Business Opportunities, includes create and evaluation of business case, develop full marketing plan, create activation guideline, support bottler capability building, e.g. MM local flavor.
    • Support the system in customer marketing.
    • Ou Incentive management includes marketing award integration, by brand incentive management.
    • Agency management.
    • Regional innovation strategy - packaging/flavor/development.
    • Shamelessly apply best practice from other markets, including CBL, SCCL, and other OU team.
    • Portfolio/SMC related projects support.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Degree qualified.
    • Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders
    • Relevant experience in consumer marketing or operation.
    • Strategic thinking and team spirits with good communication skills.
    • Fluent verbal and written English
    • Located in Shanghai – 20%-25% travel
