- Teach subjects like English, science/social studies, personal/social class, math, and homeroom sessions to primary school students ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Collaboratively teach alongside fellow educators, actively contributing to the development and enhancement of the school's curriculum
- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Develop supportive and safe learning environments
- Manage boarding student well-being in support of academic excellence
- Pastoral Policy making and system development for Boarding staff
- People management and capacity building of boarding staff
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding all matters relating to boarding
- Lead on developing an outstanding boarding curriculum and English reading program for each Grade level in Boarding
- Bachelor degree or above
- Appropriate degree, with primary education teacher training (in English language education) internationally recognized, or other equivalent teaching qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience
- Excellent communication English skills
- Eligible to apply working visa

We are looking for a Head of Boarding cum Primary Subject Teacher for an international school based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August 2024.
