    Job Responsibilities and Tasks:


    • Manage new product transfer per standard workflow.


    • Critical parts and make or buy strategy definition.


    • Technical localization to reduce cost and delivery time.


    • Suppliers selection & evaluation.


    • Technical communication & clarification between HQ and local manufacturing parties.


    • Quality plan (PQIP, QMP, inspection protocol etc.) checking and approval.


    • Critical NCR handling and regular NCR reviewing with QM.


    • Continuously improve quality, delivery time and cost.


    • Lead quality/product improvement projects.


    • Master BOM management.


    • IC product sales release decision together with global product manager.


    • Cost collection and costbook maintenance, including standard delivery time.


    • Root cause analysis of quality problems, either in-house or on-site.


    • Visit customers and suppliers.


    • Participate product engineering meetings with EU PH.


    • Product data collection, update and feedback to EU PH.


    • Create new ideas of product improvement.


    • Actively support ATC R&D projects and apply patents.

    Education, Professional Experience and Qualification Requirements:


    • Bachelor degree or above of pulp & paper related major


    • More than two years of experience in pulp & paper machinery


    • Familiar with technical localization


    • Self-motivated and result-orientated


    • Strong team working spirit


    • SAP knowledge and skills
