- You will work together with line mgr for NPD project in terms of value proposition develop't, product superiority asset develop't, pricing & channel strategy alignment with key stakeholders.
- You need to track & analyses current portfolio biz performance by leveraging internal & external data, translates those diagnosis into biz insight with actionable plan
- Following through Line manager's guidance, you will work closely with internal and external team to implement integrated marketing communication plan, this will includes campaign msg & asset delivery, media & social campaign execution, e-com & retail experience revamp in line with campaign strategy & post launch performance tracking
- Strong analytic skills & data obsessed
- Strong ownership & communication skills
- Strong project management & result driven mindset
- Open-minded & resilience
- Min. 3-4 years marketing experiences, end to end Mktg is a PLUS
- FMCG, healthcare & technology brands are preferred
- Fluent spoken & written English
