- Lead technical areas to solve problems in crowdsourced mapping, keep NV Map up-to-date at HD quality.
- Design, implement, and scale the architecture of crowdsourcing data alignment, map layer representation, change detection.
- Experiment with new or early stage algorithms to solidify existing algorithms, train deep learning models with large amounts of data.
- Work with experts in the field of 3D reconstruction, tracking, NeRF, calibration and localization.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or Robotics (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience building HD map, localization, machine learning, or robotics related products.
- Great organization skills and leadership .
- PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Applied Math, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience in leading a team on large projects especially on crowdsourced mapping or HD mapping related products.
- 8+ years of experience in C++ and/or with writing robust, efficient code.
- Good at communication and fluent in English.
- Have overseas work or study experience.
