In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist Corporate Communications Lead in developing and executing integrated PR strategy to achieve business objectives in China
• Work with high-level internal stakeholders to develop engaging content and Danaher China stories, and generate briefing documents, remarks, presentations, graphics, videos and press releases
• Implement PR campaigns and events including media pitching, press conferences, speaking opportunities and any other initiatives to meet business goals of brand desirability and visibility in China and meet volume target
• Support executive communication, including external media interviews, internal communication letters
• Monitoring and analyzing media coverage to measure the effectiveness of PR campaigns , and support PR crisis management.
• Actively participates in other activities of the External Affairs Department to support the achievement of the team's goals

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or a related field and three or more years communications experience.
• 3 years and above working experience in brand or communications field. Working in healthcare industry or agency side is preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communications skills in both Chinese and English, storytelling ability in passion and words.
• Solid communication skills with proven experience of delivering strong results, including experience of integration and transition projects.
• Being comfortable speaking to both senior level managers and individual contributors about value, easily switching between high-level and feature/benefit conversations.
• Able to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• A people person with resilience. Interest in working in large multi-stakeholder organization.
