描述

Main Responsibilities:

1) To lead re-validation of equipment and process in case of needed.

2) To drive for process optimization for better quality, scrap rate etc.

3) As key member for customer complaint handling & process nonconformity handling and focus on problem investigation &initiating actions.

4) To drive for process related issue solving and leading the process problem investigating process.

5) SOP writing, issuing and maintaining, ensure it comply with company quality management system.

6) To optimize processes and drive for continue improvement for quality, efficiency, process stability and reliability etc.

7) Work together with equipment engineer for continuous improvement for equipment in terms of safety, OEE, CPK etc.

8) To ensure responsible area runs under safety condition, remove safety risk from the machine.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor degree, majored in engineering related.

2) 1-5 years working experience as a process engineer.

3) Knowledge of knowledge of DOE and SPC related is preferred.

4) Good command of English.

5) Be familiar with CAD/3D drawings.
