1. 发展客户和战略合作伙伴
2. 驱动和协调公司内部相关部门完成客户合作项目的达成
3. 负责大客户关系开拓与维护等
4. 负责大客户开发谈判协调及各类市场营销活动等
职位要求
- 8年以上汽车自动驾驶AI相关的商务拓展或销售经验具备直接对接大客户/key account的成功经验与可验证业绩深刻理解汽车市场特别是智驾行业的生态与商业模式
- 10年以上战略及销售工作经验其中5年以上大客户或大项目类型的销售经验有人工智能汽车零部件等行业经验者优先
- 极强的商务能力销售思维导向能快速识别关键人和关键人的利益诉求能快速与不同类型的人建立信任能够拿下有利于公司战略的合作
- 极强逻辑思考和战略思考能力清晰理解公司策 略并制定细化业务策 略落地方案包括公司本身策 略也包括合 作伙伴策 略
- 极强合作方案制定能力让不同诉求不同立场合 作伙伴能够在一个合 作框架下建立 合作
- 极强项目管理执行 能力在合 作方案确定后可以统筹协调各类资源确保 合作达成
