    :
  • Make budget for each coming capital project (Estimated hours in Production workshop) via close cooperation with DCD Dept;
  • Provide missing costs (production hours) for each capital project on a monthly basis;
  • Follow up actual costs (production hours) of each capital project and analyze the deviations from the budgets;
  • Make action proposals in response to project cost overruns;
  • Participate in department overhead budgeting and monthly overhead follow-up;
  • Analyze actual production material consumption compared with BOM;
  • Collect and analyze statistics of productivity and machine utilization;
  • Monthly KPIs for production hours analysis and reporting.
  • Act as the first checker of all purchasing applications (tooling, material, projects, etc.)
  • Understands and strictly follows Company's Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
  • Engage in procurement, project management and project investment related work of hi-tech product & production
  • Have awareness of local relevant quality system.( Please specify the quality system name such as ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 in JRPC.)
  • Fulfill tasks efficiently assigned by the superior

    • Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree or above with mechanical engineering or finance background;
  • Has knowledge of manufacture, having production management experience will be a plus;
  • Fluent Mandarin and English;
  • Be willing and able to work within a developing organization;
  • Strong team working spirit;
  • Working experience in the processes of ERP will be a plus, has a full competency of using Microsoft software ;
  • Have awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001.
