- Lead plant project quality to meet requirements of ZF Policy and strategy.
- Build and manage AP project quality team including head account planning, team member development, target setting and performance review.
- Develop a high-performance team through motivating team members, developing goals and objectives
- AP regional Project quality leader, lead and organize regular project quality QIP review to drive on project quality continuous improvement
- Drive new product advanced quality planning activities, develop quality roadmap implementation & improvement, drive plant quality team for flawless new launch including meet new launch quality APQP requirement, LRR, Launch readiness, VOC, ect.
- Provide guidance and direction for new project gate review and gate release
- Cross functional communication and provide professional feedback for quality including OEM 's requirement
- Spot audit new projects launch readiness status according to PRA/ FMEA/RFMEA/MPCE/Fresh eyes...
- Organize Sample review for critical projects at early phase of project development
- Leading quality role for customer quality problem solving and concern management at project development phase and handling activity for specific AP plant strategic customers.
- Work with AP regional manufacturing sites to solve critical process quality issue
- Coaching ZF AP quality employee for APQP as internal trainer
