    负责全厂维护流程的制定、优化、更新和实施。全厂停产期间的维护活动的计划与协调。维修过程中的技术支持,维护程序相关的偏差变更调查和持续改善等。

    Responsible for maintenance process establish, optimization, updating and execution. Shutdown planning & coordination, technical support during maintenance, and maintenance program related deviation investigation & continuous improvement etc.

    主要职能: 实现岗位目标必须完成的主要职责,涵盖该岗位90%以上的工作内容。

    Key Objectives/Deliverables: describe the primary responsibilities, which must be completed to achieve the objects of the position. The description cover approximately 90% or more of the job content.

  • 负责全厂维护流程的维护、制定和优化,包括法规和规范的差距分析。与总部维护团队建立互动,确保总部全球维修策略在工厂的落实。
    Responsible for the establishment, optimization site maintenance procedureincluding gap assessment of regulation and standards . Establish interaction with global maintenance team to ensure the implementation of the global maintenance strategy in the factory.
  • 维护和制定工厂停产管理,负责停产期间维护活动的组织协调,并不断优化停产执行和管理。
    Responsible for maintaining and developing shutdown management, organize and coordinate shutdown maintenance activities, and continuous improvement shutdown execution and management.
  • 监督和优化提高维护执行。
    Oversight and optimize maintenance execution.
  • 维护和优化工厂振动测试规程和应用,协助系统工程/SME从维护方面提高设备可靠性。
    Maintain and optimize site vibration test procedure and application, support system engineer/SME to improve equipment reliability from maintenance perspective.
  • 负责维护程序相关偏差调查,协调CAPA落实,确保按时完成。
    Responsible for the maintenance program related deviation investigation, track CAPA action to make sure on time completion.
  • 负责维护程序相关的变更发起,评估,审核,执行等。
    Responsible for the maintenance program related change initiation, evaluation, approval, execution, etc.
  • 提供维护维修方面的技术支持和指导。
    Providing the technical support and coach on maintenance.
  • 作为维护计划员的Backup。
    Serve as backup for maintenance planner.
  • 遵守HSE各项管理流程,履行安全生产职责要求。
    Follow various HSE management procedures and fulfil the work safety responsibilities.
  • 完成主管分配的其他任务。
    Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

    • 基本要求: 履行此岗位基本职能所必需的资质要求,包括:教育/执业资格/证书,相关经验,技术和/或其他工作相关技能(操作技能,外语,计算机等)。

    Basic Requirements: Indicate qualifications that are job related, necessary for the performance of an essential function of this position including education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience, technical and/or other job-related skills (Operational skill, foreign language, computer and etc.).

  • 机电、机械或相关专业,大学本科及以上或同等学历。
    Electrical, mechanical or related major, Bachelor and above or equivalent.
  • 至少3年医药行业设备维护的工作经验。
    At least three years working experience in equipment maintenance in pharmaceutical industry.
  • 熟悉设备和设施维护保养体系,故障预防及失效模式分析等。
    Be familiar with the principle, operation and maintenance, failure mode prevention and analysis of equipment and utility,
  • 具有较强的协调、逻辑分析、判断和解决问题的技能。
    Strong coordination, analytical, judgment and problem-solving skill.
  • 熟练的中英文沟通和技术写作。
    Fluent in Chinese and English for communication and technical writing.
  • 具备较好的团队精神和良好的人际交流能力。
    Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skill
  • 熟练掌握Microsoft Office软件。
    Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office.
