JOB PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES
完成店铺总体生意目标(销售目标和毛利目标)
协助店长负责店铺的管理(控制店铺存货,根据陈列要求和顾客需要,定立适当的货品摆位,以及适当调配货品
推动店铺提供卓越服务
带领店铺同事有效提升顾客服务质素,完成公司营业额指标
PERSONAL PROFILE
三年以上零售销售经验
有积极主动,优秀的团队合作精神
良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力,及较强的领导能力
