- According to customer requirements and specification, do initial process study to support project quotation 20%
- Develop process capability and capacity during project development and design & optimize the layout with lean approach 20%
- Prepare process documents and records to standardize the process and support the validation of process 20%
- Dig out process failure modes with solid solutions to pursue zero defect 15%
- Mass production yield and issues tracking and improving 10%
- Support outsourcing process realization 5%

- BS mechanical Engineering background with bachelor's degree or project management background
- Above 3 years process engineering experience in NPI in automobile
- Project management experience
- Automobile industrial background
- Fluent oral English
- MS Office Software
- Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
- Preferred:
- Experience with continuous process improvement
- 6 Sigma GB or above, Lean and IE skills with success project experience.
- ISO9000 or ISO/TS16949 knowledge
