BD Analytics Manager (BB-61910)

- Work closely with supervisor and key stakeholders to perform, communicate and validate required analyses for BD purpose including, market analysis/product, competitive analysis, sales forecast and financial modeling, that establish business justification
- Work with both cross-functional experts and external vendors to enhance BD intelligence by gather, synthesize and share the up-to-date knowledge on academic advance, clinical progress, market dynamic and competitive information, thus help to generating accurate market insights and making sound assumptions in terms of clinical, commercial and market access, supporting the assessment of BD cases.
- Work closely with supervisor and key stakeholders to setup screening, targeting and tracking mechanism of innovations of local pharma or biotech companies for seeking potential strategic business development opportunities with in-licensing and/or acquisition of new technologies and products
- Supporting other BD related planning, analysis or operation works that assigned by supervisor


- Master or above, prefer major in clinical medicine, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals or related

Job Requirements:

- Solid fundamental knowledge on life sciences or medical sciences (e.g. molecular and cell biology, immunology, clinical pharmacology etc.)
- Master the basic methods for literature search, data query and be familiar with the application of various academic and business database (e.g. Pubmed, CNKI, Cortellis, Kantar, IQVIA etc.)
- Experience in R&D, Clinical trial, Regulatory Affairs in pharma or biotech are strong preferred
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with good business acumen
- Good at communication and influence skills
