    Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead new product sourcing activities and interface with Business Units and Suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery, on-cost, and on-quality
  • Lead supplier selection and new product costs from development to mass production. Execute sourcing strategies by leveraging the preferred suppliers. Manage the overall product level BOM cost.
  • Lead the early supplier involvement for new products and drive solutions to technical and business challenges.
  • Ensure capacity and readiness to meet production forecast and capacity targets
  • Identify new product risks. Lead problem solving to resolve issues
  • Work closely with Global Sourcing to ensure alignment to the commodity specific strategy and drive business needs
  • Our Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business subjects; At least 5 years of experience in similar role
  • Demonstrate experience in commodity management in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical components
  • Technical understanding of motors, commodities, components is highly preferred
  • Previous experience in using ERP system. Ability to learn new systems and tools
  • Passionate for growth. Curious. Proactive. Analytical. Be a problem-solver who constantly looks out for better ways to complete tasks
  • Good command of written English
