Description · Main Responsibilities · 1.校对、审核公司加工部件的工艺标准、普机配件图纸,并发布到现场。对加工过程中的特殊特性加工工艺及特殊工装进行整理、汇总、固化。  · 2.根据产品信息以及客户端要求,编制新制模具的制造工艺路径,研判新制模具的预估加工工时,并反馈给相关人员。编制现场各部件加工工艺说明,分析潜在失效分析报告,保证工艺实施方案的可靠性和有效性。同时针对现场的实际加工情况,及时优化工艺方案,通报项目进度情况进行。 · 3.根据试制反馈,编制内部工程更改及优化的工艺方案,寻求解决模具端问题的最佳工艺路径 ...
