    职位目标 :

    依据公司政策,策略及直接零售O2O团队策略,结合先进的数字化市场营销领域知识及经验,配合对医药O2O行业的快速发展及工具运用方面的经验及洞察,为O2O团队在数字化营销创新方面规划持续迭代的打法。推动"线上+线下"融合,"品牌+O2O平台+连锁侧"三方联动的整合营销方案的策划、推广及落地,重点强化围绕医药行业消费者持续提升的即时零售购物场景下的内容建设和市场表现,从而推动我司产品的品牌认知以及业务的健康成长。

    主要工作职责:

    1. 全面负责医药O2O的消费者购物行为洞察及行业发展演变规律

    2. 结合行业最新的数字化营销知识、平台、工具(包括但不限于Social、CID、DSP等),摸索最适合O2O渠道结合的数字化营销工具及形式

    3. 围绕消费者行为及O2O平台属性,与跨部门联动,如CBIA,SMD,市场部、渠道营销部、连锁谈判团队等通力合作,搭建O2O创新营销体系以及人群运营方案

    4. 基于不同品牌策略,指定O2O侧的精准营销策略及对应的内容、场景沟通模式

    5. 持续优化投放,逐步建立数据银行

    6.强化线上的营销、内容、人群数据提炼并高效整合,确保线下零售客户的合作承接,提高执行效率及生意转化

    7. 配合O2O团队持续优化渠道策略,并为直接零售团队生意创新增长负责

    任职条件 :

    本科或以上学历

    五年以上的市场及数字化营销领域经验,外资及医药工作经验优先

    了解数字化营销、品牌营销、电子商务渠道的营销模式;

    熟练使用OFFICE操作系统,特别是PPT制作及汇报

    可进行英文的听说读写
