- 在工厂改进计划中,通过现场的积极参与,在FES的应用方法和工具方面支持管理团队,并向工厂员工提供培训和指导Participate to the identification of the Plant Improvement priorities by animating PIP workshops, and provide overall knowledge & expertise on FES as a system, to select and to deploy the most relevant FES fundamentals to impact the priorities.

- 确保日工作表和数据管理方法的正确应用和被尊重性,提供直接标准和实际劳动力成本的准确性。Ensure routing and coefficient data management methodology is correctly applied and respected, for direct standard and actual Labor cost accuracy .
- 参与并确保工厂预算的达成,确保DLE/DLP的跟踪流程与DL成本结果%相结合,有助于直接人工成本与预算差距的分析和制定行动计划Participate to the plant budget construction and validation by insuring that DLE target, DLP target, headcount target are consistent with MOD potential, standard routings and DLE.
- 支持并坚持标准化作业的改进和运用,OHP的发展(主要是主管和班长的角色和日工作表),作为达到操作绩效高水平提升的主要基础Support SW construction and adherence, development of OHP (primarily GL and Supervisor role and routines), as the main foundations to achieve high levels of operational performance .

- 推动工厂内部FES网络以及积极参与集团的网络Animate the FES network within his plant as well as participate in the division network.
- 通过会议、培训、项目、分享最佳经验来管理工厂的FES网络Manage plant FES network through meetings, trainings, projects, sharing best practices.
- 资格要求 Qualifications :
- 教育背景/Education: 本科学历及以上,有工作经验者可适当放宽标准;Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business Administration .
- 经验/ Experience:至少3年管理经验(如生产、物流、质量主管或工程师级别)Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (UAP / PC&L / Quality Engineer or Supervisor)
