    Description and Requirements

    Job Description:

    1. Handle HR related daily queries from internal employees, managers and HR partners via email, phone and Microsoft Teams.

    2. Master HR policy, process and system within one month after training.

    3. Support team daily tasks and project, such as communication design, PPT preparation, data analysis, etc.

    4. Initiate and follow up on process/system enhancements.

    5. Deliver new hire/new manager refresh training for China based employees.

    Position Qualifications:

    1. Master degree or above, HR major is preferred.

    2. Advanced in MS office, outlook and especially excel skill.

    3. Proficiency in spoken and written English language, CET-6 is required.

    4. Team Work and good collaboration.

    5. Customer orientated mindset.

    6. Quick learning ability.
