- Within the global Supply Chain Excellence Team, develop and steer innovation and digitalization for the Supply Chain relevant processes for all Business Units.
- Plan and lead digitalization and process automation projects.
- Analyze and optimize processes by collaborating with the EC SC units, digitalization experts and the related stakeholders. Communicate with the stakeholders accordingly.
- Identify opportunities of leveraging data to create business value proactively, by understanding internal and customer needs.
- Introduce new ideas, technologies and innovative practices in Supply Chain.
- Exchange best practices across businesses in EC. Build up and maintain the regional and global network.
- University Master Degree preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or other related disciplines
- 8 years in supply chain management with minimum of 5 years' experience in driving digitalization projects
- Proficient in Supply Chain backbone systems like SAP, OMP and E-Commerce
- Advanced knowledge in data analytics/data & process mining tools, Power BI and Tableau, Microsoft Power Apps
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning processes and algorithms eg predictive models
- Familiar with standards and latest technological development
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin a plus
- Capable of communication with different cultural background, regional or global experience a plus
- Good analytical skills
