Job Title: Assistant Manager, Data Product Management
Major Responsibilities
Responsible for related projects management and daily operations of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), including but not limited to omnichannel data collection, ETL monitoring, data tagging, data quality management, etc.
Build a customer tag and portrait system to support CRM marketing automation application scenarios.
Develop and implement data quality assurance strategies and procedures to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and consistent, including establishing standards for data entry, data storage, and data management, as well as monitoring compliance with those standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data quality issues, and work with stakeholders to prioritize issues and develop action plans to address them. This includes working closely with IT, data analysts, and business users to understand data quality issues and to develop solutions that improve data quality.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to provide visibility into business data, data quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience in a data related role with 3+ years in project management
Understanding of integrating data from multiple sources, structured and unstructured data design/modeling.
Strong knowledge of data quality best practices and industry standards, including data profiling, data cleansing, data quality and data validation
Familiar with database table design, able to analyze and optimize database table, execute SQL review and execution optimization for various types of databases.
Familiar with mainstream databases such as Oracle and Sybase, and familiar with the application of cutting-edge technologies in big data distributed platforms, including but not limited to: Hadoop, Storm, Spark, etc
Strong communication and analytical skills and abilities to deliver business requests on time and high-quality solutions.
Good team player, business thought, excellent problem-solving skills, high motivation and ability to work under pressure.
Fluence in English speaking, reading and writing skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science
Those with oversea study experience are preferred.
