Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:

1、Establish demand plan of spare parts and operate CMMS spare parts system.

建立备件需求计划,操作CMMS备件系统。

2、Maintain spare parts purchasing, requisitioning and safety stock.

维护备件采购,领用与安全库存。

3、Control the spare parts inventory within the budget.

在预算范围内控制备件库存。

4、Monitor and control spare parts operation indicators, including inventory amount, data statistics, turnover rate, delivery time, etc.

监控备件运营各项指标,包含:库存金额、数据统计、流转率、交付时间等。

5、Update relevant SOP, so as to ensure the compliance with relevant quality & EHS standards.

更新相关SOP管理,确保符合相关的质量和EHS标准。

6、Participate in all audits of quality and safety to ensure that no audit findings.

参与质量和安全的各项审计,确保无审计发现项。

7、Support digital management development and operation optimization of spare parts system.

支持备件系统数字化管理开发和运行优化。

8、Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, Haleon standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures. And participate & support the execution of site Quality plan and EHS management system.

理解并遵守适用的质量、环境、健康及安全等方面的当地法律法规、Haleon管理体系及环境健康安全等方面的标准和公司方针,遵守公司标准操作规程;参与和支持工厂质量计划和EHS管理体系的执行。

9、Other projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager.

其它由直线经理安排的项目和工作。

Specialised Knowledge 专业知识:

1、Junior college or above, major in engineering, electronics, mechanics or others.

专科以上学历,工程, 电子,机械或其他专业。

2、3+ years or above experience in spare parts management.

3年及以上备件管理经验。

3、Expertise in engineering and project management.

具备工程和项目管理专业知识。

4、Familiar with ERP, WBS and other related systems is preferred.

熟悉ERP,WBS等相关系统优先。

5、Knowledge of GMP is preferred.

了解GMP知识优先。

6、English ability in writing and reading.

英语读写能力。

7、Good communication skill with teammates.

良好的沟通能力。
