- Assist in planning, organizing, and delivering instruction to learners aged 3-6 while creating a high-quality English learning environment and maintaining an organized classroom
- Take full responsibility for the quality of student English language learning
- Working hand in hand with our co-workers inside and outside of the classrooms
- Communicating with parents and teachers
- Participating in Teaching department meetings, ongoing professional development workshops, and curriculum planning
- Supporting as needed in preparation of events (sports, arts, celebrations, etc)
- Bachelor's Degree, in early years education preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of English-language learning and teaching
- TEFL certificate and authentication or reference letter for two-years teaching experience
- Passion for children's education
- Monthly salary of 22,000 to 29,000 RMB before tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Accommodation provided or monthly housing allowance of 3000 RMB
- Summer and winter holidays
- Public holidays will be observed, plus three paid days off for Christmas
