- Business analysis for actual, Forecast and Business Planning.
- Business partner for MA AS and provide transparent KPI analysis.
- Prepare and present the business report based on business needs.
- Work closely with department head for their target achievement.
- Check and provide professional commercial evaluation for projects and new business models.
- Be sensitive to the numbers and able to dig out the main issue/problem out of many reports.
- Play an active role in the team, pursue the ways to increase work efficiency and process improvement.
- Support manager for strategy growth planning and other topics.
- Support finance project roll out in CN region
- Bachelor's degree in finance is preferred but not limited.
- Fluent English in verbal and written.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Self-discipline and result-orientation.
- Reliable and have the quality of integrity.
- Have good overview and entrepreneurship.
- Strong analytic skills, quick leaner with digitalization tools.
- Experience of digitalization& digitalization transformation preferred.
