    Key Accountabilities

    Please describe the responsibilities and end results that would be expected.

    The key accountabilities of strategy role:

  • Use data – based insights to identify tailwind channels/ product segments to ensure strategy stays future fit.
  • Identify issue and opportunities in market, and strong passion to drive action plans with CSP/CBD to improve core KPI(TDP/MS) achievements.
  • Responsible for longer terms inputs into innovation planning and category agenda.
  • Translate BU category agenda into compelling Category Growth Stories.
  • Support line manager to deliver NRM project and deliver insight into operating plans.
  • Support line manager on category management and digital captaincy with key customers.
  • Define the Key Interactions of this Job

    This role will interface with the following stakeholders:

  • Customer strategy Planning team
  • Brand building team
  • CBD team
  • CMI team
  • Digital & Research agency
  • Experience Requirement

  • 3 year + experience in FMCG or data analytical, FMCG consulting or trade category management, eCommerce and Retail are preferred. Related NRM experience is nice-to-have.
  • Sufficient knowledge and hands on experience in Traditional Retail or eCommerce growth model and data tools ( Ali Strategic Center,Nielsen,Kantar...).
  • Logical and systematic thinking with strong analytic power & data sensitivity.
  • Passionate, ability and motivation to work independently.

  • Good communication and negotiation skills with ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or above. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • Skillful in Microsoft.
