- 3 year + experience in FMCG or data analytical, FMCG consulting or trade category management, eCommerce and Retail are preferred. Related NRM experience is nice-to-have.
- Sufficient knowledge and hands on experience in Traditional Retail or eCommerce growth model and data tools ( Ali Strategic Center,Nielsen,Kantar...).
- Logical and systematic thinking with strong analytic power & data sensitivity.
- Passionate, ability and motivation to work independently.

- Good communication and negotiation skills with ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or above. Fluency in both written and spoken English.
