- Develop and implement actionable analytics and data science models with relevant stakeholders
- Run and execute those platforms: By creating predictive models and machine-learning algorithms for marketing models By building and maintaining the behavioural segmentation By delivering the dashboards and reports that make data actionable
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques.

- 5 years of experience in manipulating data sets and building statistical models, ideally within a high growth start up or digital business.
- Possesses a Master's or PHD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another quantitative field.
- Expertise in working with Large Language Models, particularly GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) variants.
- Understanding of generative models, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with a variety of machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, anomaly detection, deep learning, NLP, RecSys etc) and understanding their real-world advantages / drawbacks.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with past history of successfully delivering end-to-end data science projects (business understanding, EDA, modelling, deployment, monitoring, etc).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience using data science related languages/tools (Python, SQL, Spark etc) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Experience using business intelligence tools ( Domo, Tableau, Data Studio)
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS and GCP etc)
- Have a passion for discovering solutions hidden in large data sets and working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Agile ways of working and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack etc
