    Description

    Assist in effective maintenance BU management process, and BU daily administrative support. To support IA GM/ TMKT/KAM/ to execute BU all kinds of activities in accordance with brand plans and company procedures; To manage BU budget tracking systems and performance reports;

    Key Responsibilities

  • Assist IA GM in collecting, sorting, and analyzing national sales data and other related work
  • Organize weekly, monthly and annual BU meetings
  • Prepare and follow up with project application and payment of TMKT/KAM activities
  • Support delivery of promotional material and brand reminder; update non-stock material inventory on a monthly basis
  • Collect and consolidate feedback from sales team for relevant TMKT/KAM activities (for example, open house, POSM request, etc.)
  • Be responsible for TMKT/KAM document filing
  • Support TMKT/KAM in assigned projects
  • Follow up internal approval on material design and gimmick selection and external pitching for production or printing of promotion material and brand reminder
  • Administration on promotion material and brand reminder delivery
  • Manage promotion budget and monitor promotion effectiveness
  • Collect and deliver application and reimbursement forms on TMKT/KAM activities
  • Ensure approval time is within SOP and keep as documentation

    • Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or undergraduate school student
  • Good communication and co-ordination skills; strong time management skills; hardworking
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
