    YOUR TASKS

  • 1.As Project Manager youimplement projects in the product development involving all requiredmulti-local resources to meet the customer requirements.
    在产品研发过程中与公司内部各相关部门沟通协调,统筹资源,满足客户需求,保证项目顺利进行。
  • 2.You harmonize and define thetechnical requirements with the customer in the form of defined projectdescriptions.
    根据已定义的项目描述,与客户协调并确定技术要求。
  • 3.You are responsible for theagreed targets in terms of project quality, costs and timing, with the clientusing existing methods by arrangement with the relevant or superiordepartments.
    根据实际情况协调安排相关部门的工作,确保项目在质量、成本和时间方面都能达到既定的目标。
  • 4.You plan internal andexternal capacities, involve in appointing the team members taking account ofthe individual potentials and competences and assign the work packages.
    合理计划内、外部的资源,包括根据个人的潜质和能力指定团队成员及分派工作包。
  • 5.You assure the systematicrelationship with internal and external clients and special departments to beinvolved.
    协调公司内部人员、客户和特殊部门的沟通。
  • 6.You make the projectcontrolling in the form of reviews (finaland intermediate reports) withthe clients on the basis of agreed quality, costs and deadline targets.

  • 7.You make-or-buy decisions inthe context of the project (operatingequipment, investments etc.) incooperation with the project team or project purchasing by arrangement with thesuperior.

    • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1. Major in science andengineering.
    理工科相关专业。
  • 2. 3 years working experience,especially in manufactural projects.
    3年以上工作经验,特别是制造类项目。
  • 3. Management experience ofmultiple projects and know how to co-work with multinational teams.
    具有多项目管理经验,擅长处理多国家团队合作项目。
  • 4. Good at written and verbalEnglish,goodlogic thinking.
    良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力。
