    We are in search for an Administrative Assistant for our APAC Global Development & Innovation Centre (R&D) based in Shanghai. We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally at all levels within the company, connecting with others and contributing to our fast-paced, innovative environment.

    What You'll Do for Us:

    • Scheduling and managing executive calendars, prioritizing, and resolving related conflicts, and proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external individuals.
    • Manage & maintain calendar, global travel arrangements, expense reports and other administration duties
    • Providing support in arranging meetings, handling logistics, and providing hospitality for Senior Management or guests of the department.
    • Performing general clerical duties, including scanning, copying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
    • Contributing to the excellent reputation of The Coca-Cola Company through professional, friendly, and respectful interactions internally and externally.
    • Organizer for high level internal & external workshop/ innovation showcase
    • Events (annual conference, outing and off-site meeting) & entertaining organization
    • Liaison with global and Asia Pacific leadership as well as other functions across the system
    • Manage lab operation include but not limited to lab safety and lab supplier management
    • Contingent worker management

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelors' Degree in Business, Communications, or similar field.
    • 5+ years of experience in a high-level support role.
    • Proven ability to be a resourceful problem-solver.
    • Experience in coordinating projects.
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
    • Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
    • Experience scheduling travel arrangements and schedule for management.
    • Support experience in a professional services, sales, or marketing environment.
    • Experience successfully creating and/or modifying processes.
