    Job Description

    主要负责FAS 沈阳Combo工厂的各种IT系统,如MES、SAP、DT相关系统的维护以及工厂IT软件硬件、网络、机房、helpdesk等维护和管理工作。Mainly in charge of MES,SAP and DTrelevantsystem maintenance. IT software, hardware, network, IT machine room, helpdesk relevant maintenance and management.

  • 负责工厂的MES系统的维护以及日常问题解决。
  • 负责工厂MES新功能上线,用户需求分析以及上线后的测试及维护。
  • 负责工厂SAP系统维护以及日常问题解决。
  • 负责工厂DT系统维护,培训以及日常问题解决。
  • 配合推动DT项目,分析并完成DT项目的需求,保证DT项目在工厂的顺利实施。
  • 对公司软件、硬件,网络和机房、用户helpdesk日常维护和管理。
  • 对生产指导系统的维护, 与生产和物流部门共同解决系统中出现的问题。
  • 跟进现场和GIS之间达成的SLA
  • 跟踪系统的永久可用性,确保其良好工作,并协调或执行日常操作任务
  • 与区域IT经理密切合作,确定将受益于新技术应用的业务领域
  • 全面负责系统运行和开发
  • 详细制定并跟进现场的IT预算,发布或验证所有相关的IT采购
  • 确保对JIS/Trace/SAP/EDI应用程序的功能级别2支持
  • 应用公司标准:硬件、软件、安全政策、软件许可证控制、库存等...
  • 管理现场合同以及与外部供应商的关系,例如维护服务
  • 定义并应用IT程序
  • 月度报告:现场的"PDCA报告"和"KPI报告",发送给IT区域经理
  • 每月与当地管理层沟通成就和问题
  • 在IT审计、ICB方面达到目标
  • 在IT安全指标KPI、ITOP KPI、IT基础设施KPI方面达到目标
  • 负责工厂的数字化工具的开发、应用,相关活动的推动和日常管理。
  • 负责工厂IT 部门的总体管理和人员发展。
  • Responsible for maintaining the MES system in the factory and resolving daily issues._
  • Responsible for the launch of new MES functions in the factory, user demand analysis, and post launch testing and maintenance ._
  • Responsible for maintaining the SAP system in the factory and resolving daily issues .
  • Responsible for the maintenance, training, and daily problem-solving of the factory DT system .
  • Cooperate in promoting the DT project, analyze and complete the requirements of the DT project, and ensure the smooth implementation of the DT project in the factory ._
  • IT software, hardware, network, IT machine room, helpdesk relevant maintenance and management.
  • Maintain the production guidance system and work with the production and logistics departments to resolve any issues that may arise within the system.
  • Follow-up of the SLA agreed between the Site and GIS.
  • Follow-up the permanent availability of the Systems, ensure its good working, and co-ordinate or carry out the day to day operation tasks.
  • Work closely with the Regional I.T. Manager in identifying business areas which would benefit from the application of new technology.
  • Be fully responsible for the systems operation and development
  • Elaborate and follow up the IT budget of the Site, issuing or validating all the related IT purchases.
  • Ensure functional level 2 support on JIS/Trace/SAP/EDI applications
  • Apply the company standards: hardware, software, Security policy, software licenses control, inventory, etc...
  • Manage site contracts and the relationship with external suppliers, maintenance services for example.
  • Defined and apply the IT procedures
  • Monthly report: "PDCA report" and "KPI report" of the site, to send to IT Region IT Manager.
  • Communicate monthly to local management the achievement and issues.
  • Reach the target in term of IT audit, ICB.
  • Reach the target in term of IT security indicator KPI, ITOP KPI, IT infra KPI.
  • Responsible for plant digital tools deployment and application, and relevant activities pushing and management.
  • Responsible for general management of IT department and employee development.
  • Abide by Employee Handbook, CoE, CoM of Faurecia and Form of Declaration of Interests
  • Be Familiar with Employee Handbook, CoE, CoM and Form of Declaration of Interests and work following the rules

  • 参加公司组织的各项培训,认真学习,确认理解并遵守;
  • 按照要求佩戴PPE劳保用品,爱护并维护;
  • 按照要求进行每班开班前安全装置首件检查,经班长签字确认才能开班生产,遇到有安全问题的机器,立即停止并汇报上级;
  • 清楚应急围堵小车的使用方法,及时围堵现场的不安全状态并且报告;
  • 遇到火灾,地震等紧急情况,及时撤离到公司制定的安全集合点;
  • 有权拒绝违章指挥,对其他不安全作业和行为及时制止,并报告;

    • 发生事故或者Nearmiss及时报告上级,配合事故调查;

    Qualifications 任职要求

    The ideal candidate will have/be理想候选人需要具备的:

    Minimum education level最低教育水平要求: 大专及以上学历计算机、数字化等相关专业_ _ _ College's degree or above. Major in computer science, digitalization, or related fields.

    Experience经验 :

  • 5年以上生产制造型企业IT管理相关工作经验,有汽车行业MES系统维护管理经验者优先。
  • Experience in IT related work in manufacturing enterprise for more than 5 years, with priority given to those with experience of MES system maintenance and management in Automobile industry.
