    What is the job about?

    Utilize deep product and application knowledge to provide valuable support to sales and customers, and support in solving their issues and answering their questions. Generate customer value by linking customer needs to the right product/solution

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Product knowhow and documentation
      • Collect and interpret market feedback on the technical performance of the offerings and translate this into improvement proposals for product line managers
      • Ensure that all relevant product documentation is updated and distributed
      • Enhance product knowledge by participating in trainings and developing training materials
      • Establish global and regional commitment to the product knowledge sharing process
      • Continuously examine competitor products together with the competitor team
    • Technology and product development
      • Ensure an outside-in technical perspective and provide input for Business Development, Technology Development and Product Portfolio
      • Contribute with product knowhow in development projects like technology and product developments
    • Business and sales support
      • Convert product understanding into business growth opportunities
      • Manage and spar with the product owners and Quality department in solving quality problems
      • Follow up on and comment on quality reports and analysis
      • Organize training of sales and service colleagues incl. focus on 'training the trainer'
      • Organize training and workshops for Grundfos customers and end-users

    Your background:

    • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience preferred and minimum 2 years experience
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
    • Experience managing defined processes
    • Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is preferred
    • Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area
    • Ability influence others
    • Experience with communication and training at peer level
    • Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable.
