- Build and execute short and mid-term sales strategies, as well as explore and handle customers for Hose, Tube, Belt & Profile and F&S segment.
- Ensures sales goals are achieved through closely working with key customers and internal departments.
- Develop healthy opportunity pipeline and successful closure of opportunities to drive profitable sales growth.
- Gaining in-depth understanding of target markets and end users' technical requirements and competitive landscape via direct interface with key customers and end users' design, R&D and engineering teams to support the creation of multi-generation product roadmaps;
- Building effective relationships with customers, end users, potential business partners in target market segments.
- Collaborating with AD & marketing to introduce and collateralize new product launches for a specific end user segment and providing technical sales support for end users and converters.
- Sustainable sales growth contribution by new projects, new products and new market trend/needs with different value-chain close and deep cooperation
- Technical or sales experience in extrusion applications;
- Technical or sales experience in TPU material or related TPE products;
- TPU CO AD/PPS/RD/Production team
- TPU CO CN commercial and distributor team
- OM/CM/Compliance supporting team
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, plastic or engineering with good knowledge in thermoplastics,
- Min 3 years working experience in plastic industry,
- Technical or sales experience in extrusion applications,
- Strong business sense, Strong communication and analytical skills,
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with internally and externally,
- Team player, also able to work independently.
- Fluency in spoken / Written English and Mandarin.
